I have no problem finding games. Most of the time the active planets have 50k or more players on them still.

Yeah, I've made the mistake of going to a planet from my last mission played, and sometimes NO ONE will join after I start and send out a beacon.

Then I realize the planet has 400 people on it.

The major objectives do a good job of focusing the player base on a specific planet or sector.

I'm still crushing bots and bugs until CFB25 comes out. billymoose69 on PSN, hit me up for a friend code if you're on PC.

I have 1100 credits and trying to decide which warbond to go for after steeled veterans. The new one viper whatever looks ok....

I went viper because I like stomping around in mech.

The passive on the viper armor helps with weapon drag while changing targets, if that is your play style. The carbine is pretty meh

The Tenderizer is pretty good, if you can manage your firing to not spray ammo too fast. It's in the polar one, I think.

Maybe watch some videos of the weapons that fit your play style. Or pick one that has the aesthetics you like

New update has been great feels like Helldivers II rather than bulletsponge xxxxxx again

I just picked this game up on PS5. I suck so bad and feel lost. Are there a few super easy levels I can play first?

I recommend opening up your lobby for others to join. Solo running missions, even at the easiest level, can be tricky. The game was meant to be played with multiple party members, so the solo run suffers a bit until you learn how it all works.

If you still want to solo run, you'll have to run missions where killing enemies isn't necessary. These become more like stealth missions from ODST rather than Master Chief cutting through the front lines.

Make sure at the mission board you set it to the easiest level when looking for missions. I think "Trivial" is the easiest and noted as Level 1.

Once you set your level you can either start your own game or look for missions that are already in progress and join them.

The game is really easy with limited enemies on the lower levels. And it makes sense because you don't have the arsenal (yet) to deal with more / bigger enemy types. But you shouldn't have any problems... just run the easy missions solo or with other players and you will start to figure it out. Once you do, you can start gradually increasing the difficulty which is where the game gets more crazy and fun!

Yes, I'm on PS5 (wife got me one for Christmas and HD2 was the first game I purchased).

I think we've played together on Xbox before... back in the days when we had a big group playing Battlefield.

Also, my wife got me a PS Portal for my birthday last week and it's amazing. FYI.

When I get home later I'll add my gamer ID, not sure what it is exactly. I'm happy to run a few missions with anybody. Does xbox/ps5 have an option for crossplay, you'll need that turned on.

I had to chuckle at the "few dozen hours" comment. I think i have a few dozen days in this game
