4 weeks yesterday!

my sleep has been screwed up. I read that might happen. I have been waking up in the middle of the night and unable to go back to sleep.

I read that could take a month or so to work itself out. hope so!
I hear melatonin helps.

I can fall asleep fine. I just wake up after 5 hours.

that is actually what melatonin does to me on its own. I sleep hard for a few hours then wake up.

Howdy Burnet!
I liked what I saw on the link you posted from SnusMe. I ordered and they shipped really quickly…but according to tracking it's being held for duty and fees. Two questions, you ever experienced this? And how do you order, ship via FedEx? And how long does it take to get your order? For reference, my timeline is ordered 26MAR, arrived in the states 1APR, but still haven't seen it in OKC. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks much!

Yea use FedEx. I usually get my shipment in 7 to 10 days. Never had any issues in clearing customs. Every order and I've made a lot of orders they always clear customs fairly quick.

Congrats on making it through that first week! I quit after a lot of years chewing, and I still remember how weird it felt not to have something in my mouth all the time. For me, road trips and especially after eating felt wrong without a dip or pouch. I ended up chewing a lot of sunflower seeds and even tried a few caffeine pouches, but nothing really made the craving go away for good except time. The weight gain wasn't awful, but I realized pretty quickly it was my new way to fill the habit. On the flip side, if I get the urge now and then, I sometimes use a simple vape instead of going for any tobacco or pouches. I stick to low or zero nicotine pods and honestly prefer simpler setups like the Novo Classy Podset from Smok. Having something to hold and puff on, even without nicotine, makes it easier to get through weird cravings.

Melatonin will help you fall asleep, but not keep you asleep. Also, stop taking Melatonin, it messes with your hormones.

About an hour before bed, take a Magnezium Threonate & and an L-Theanine. These do not make you drowsy in and of themselves, but I promise you, once you are asleep you will stay asleep.

Been doing On pouches for probably 5 years. At this point I've got such a tolerance to nic the only time I really enjoy it is the first thing in the morning. I'd like to get to the point where I only do it when I want but I know that's a fools thinking. Tired of it tearing up my gums. If I'm watching it I can get by on 5 pouches a day but if not it more like triple that. I buy it online so it's not expensive enough to make me quit financially

A year ago I quit for 4 days and it wasn't that bad. But then said why am I torturing myself and threw one in. Best choice is not to start initially.

I dipped Copenhagen for 20+ years. I quit when my son was a baby. He's 19 years old now. I've had 2 dips in those 19 years and didn't enjoy either one of them.

I started on Zyn & Grizzly nicotine pouches about 2 years ago. Got into them pretty heavy. I decided to quit them for my New Year's resolution. Ended up quitting before Christmas because I ran out and figured it was time to get it done. I do miss it.

Tabacco was ruling my life almost 20 years ago! Totally quit one day. Just have to do it and be strong. I see people doing it and I still want it till this day. I know it would make me sick LOL but the craving is still here so just be prepared for that.

I was guiding hunts when I quit Copenhagen. When a hunter would pull out a can of dip, my mouth would water like a dog looking at a steak.
