This week has been tough. Ive had trouble sticking to geed foods, and its an inner struggle to drag my ass to the gym every day. Not sure if this is normal, but im having a tough time staying motivated all of a sudden
I finally dusted my stuff off and flung some arrows yesterday. Felt ok and broadheads flew good and were cozy at 60. Probably have some micro adjustments to do after I get all the rust knocked off.
Fitness gonna be a different story. Finally getting hot enough mid morning that I have to knock off until the evening so I'll be able to get some lifts and rucks in.
Absolutely. Going to help an old lady w/ yardwork after work so I shot during the day today and worked out at lunch. All that stands between me and a perfect month is Tomorrow's shooting and ruck
Looking forward to Aug I think I am going to set a diet related goal. Im sitting stagnant weight wise, and know im not eating enough a lot of days.
Thinking the goal will be 90+% days meeting calorie goal.
Will also prioritizing hitting goal over 100% super clean (not gonna eat like crap all day, but if I need a couple hundred calories to hit daily goal im not gonna shy away from a mcdouble)
