I was in HIgh School in New Braunfels in 1987 and remember the horror of reading about that flood at the time. Was comparing today's flow rates to 1987 and it appears this even exceeded even 1987, both both squarely in the catastrophic category.

I started the thread for prayers on the main page. My wife was a camper at Mystic and a counselor for many years (The Eastlands were at our wedding). My aunt and uncle are stuck in their home in hunt (high ground) with my cousin in town (uncle is in poor health). If anyone has any contacts in the area, please PM. My wife and I would like to help. We are in Houston and would be willing to drive supplies and aid were needed. We have access to a job boat and multiple kayaks

My mother in law is tracking this pretty intently, as she has a friend who's granddaughter who is still missing.

Seems some Twins 1 campers are still unaccounted for. Her friend's granddaughter being one.

Best friends have two daughters at Mystic. One is still missing. Where is this info comping from that all have been accounted for?

Kerr County judge put out false information.

It came from the Judge who was clearly wrong.

There are clearly multiple sets of kids and counselors that are missing or have been missing. Some have been found and it sounds like some have not.

There was a big story of some little ones that were swept away in a vehicle with the owner and found alive. But they are not the only ones.

Prayers for all including the folks rescuing people.

Please, please pray, Ags. My neighbor and friend's 9 year old daughter is there and they have been notified she has NOT been found. There is so much misinfomation and so many erroneous posts that it is very difficult.

They are in transit from Dallas; the grandfather is at Ingram Elementary waiting.

The little girl's name is Wynne Naylor 972-741-5774 or 512-698-1642.. I am only praying that these reports of the counselors communicating and the news of rescues on an island are true.

Please pray for all of them.

As someone who got cajun navy'd in Harvey and has delivered pallets of water, fuel, and chainsaws to Lake Charles after a Hurricane… if you want to help load up and show up. Get as close as you can and ask who needs help. Even if just providing lunch or helping someone clean up their destroyed home you are helping. If you are unsuccessful, you tried.

We were right here in Rockport for Harvey and for all the sadness, we have never seen the Lord so clearly as through all those who came to help or sent help.

As a father who's got two girls in camp right now, thank God no where near this, I am just sitting here devastated. Prayers to God that all are accounted for and found safe!
