At the start of every email from someone you probably don't know, but that wants something from you…"Hi ___, I hope you're doing well".

"Headwinds" and/or "tailwinds". My old company latched onto those. We couldn't have one conference call w/o a few dozen being uttered.

And as mentioned, "I could care less". I can't seem to get my dad to learn the proper saying using "couldn't".

Damn, some of you must be real joys to talk to. The vast majority of the things mentioned here are pretty benign and common.

But I'll add the following:

"is outdoors" on threads. Anybody that does that should be banned from TA for a month and the thread automatically and instantaneously nuked.

"Synergy" is another one - one of my sales VP's loves to use that word and I really feel like clubbing baby seals every time I hear it.

Also - any and all applications of using a fuggin QR code. Just no.

Instead of too or just ending the sentence. Do people think it makes you sound smart? LOL. Weather people on tv use it constantly: "You can expect more rain in the south, as well."

Overall, I think vocal fry is getting a little less pronounced, but ANY phrase said with that is pretty hated. Uptalking, as well.
