I know there are some posts already looking for foundation guys but my situation is a bit different. We are preparing to get our house on the market. The other posts were looking for the best for their personal residences. My main goal is to get it done, by a reputable company, but doesn't have to be the latest and greatest technology. Looking for an economical company with a transferable warranty.

Reason i ask is because I have heard Olshan was more than triple the price of some others and wanted to see if any of yall had done this exercise before and could lead me too the less expensive side of the aisle.

If I was staying in the house they would probably be my first call as I have heard many good things about them. Thing is, I don't need the best, I need... "sufficient".

What about just giving a concession on price and let the buyers fix it? I'd be afraid of being held responsible down the road from poor repairs
