Brown Buick century PRY 5110

The guy parks on our street frequently and pretends to work on his car. Very small street only a few houses. Cops have been called few times, on July 23rd he was arrested for failure to identify and open air drug sales. I'd like to know who we are dealing with since he is back again. Gave me a death stare when I drove past him a bit ago

Go get a copy of the police report from July 23. It will have his info on there. And when you get that info you can FOIA his criminal history at the PD, county courthouse etc.

I got bored and poked around a bit. The car is registered to a guy in a trailer middle of nowhere with a Doss address.

How old does the driver look to you? The registered owner has a DOB June 1993 (32yo) but there is a total of 13 people with that same last name with DL's that address. Many of them males.

Registered owner does have a small criminal record. Six months probation for theft in Fredericksburg in 2017.
