Gents,

We lost a damn good Ag, friend, dad and husband yesterday. JD05AG, the most redass, life of the party dude I met 20 years ago at a west campus tailgate, has gone to be with the Lord.

I'm sure lots of you followed along with his and his son's fly fishing posts and other awesome adventures from this summer. They did it all. I didn't know what he was dealing with at the time and just thought he and his son were taking a hell of a lot of really cool trips, but it was a lot more than just really cool trips, he was making memories for his son that he will vividly remember every day for the rest of his life.

Celebrating his life this Saturday afternoon and then getting together with all our Ag buds that evening to watch Elko and the boys BTHO Miss State for JD05AG.

Having a whiskey for you tonight, bud!

From what I was told, pancreatic cancer and then some other serious complications arose this past week. He leaves behind a wife and 12 year old son who thought the world of his dad. Man I've been shook up about this since I heard he was gone.

Jordan was the man. He was always such a damn good time. He would come back to CS after he had graduated and stay at my house for home games a lot of times. He always took me to the Dry Bean when he came in and made me take as many Pissed Off Japanese Minnow Farmers and Jagerbombs as a human could possibly take for letting him stay on my couch. Never a dull moment with him!

You don't want any kind of cancer, but there are a few that are just terrifying. That's one of them.
