Bass Pro Shops HQ in Springfield has a sign that they are always looking to buy quality taxidermy.

Could make some badass rattling horn sets. There are some auction houses in Texas that will sell on consignment as well.

RAZ Exotic Animal Auctions in Harper Texas oftentimes auctions animal mounts. They have a sale once a month.
People pay crazy money for mounts there.
I attended one of the auctions and they had a number of
Whitetail shoulder mounts. They were not near as nice as yours. A well dressed Hispanic man sitting next to me bought every single one and paid quite a bit for them.
I asked him if he was putting them in a restaurant or something and he replied …"Heck no! I buying them to put in mi casa and tell mi amigos I choot them! " I saw him at multiple auctions and he would always pay big bucks for the mounts of any kind.
