I am sorry that your experience today did not meet your expectations. It is 100% factual that your email went to our junk email folder. I do not have a clue as to why our system will sometimes send contact forms to our junk but I can assure you that we check the junk folder every single work day.
Today was the busiest Monday that we have had this year and my office manager had not yet had time to check the junk email folder by the time you called at 8:55AM, we open at 8:00AM. It was pretty clear that you were already agitated when you called that we had not reached out to you and you refused to accept my office managers apology or attempt to remedy the situation, you just repeatedly accused us of lying about it really going to junk, not caring and not wanting your business etc.
We have many satisfied customers and while we try to make everyone happy the truth is we are human and we will fall short sometimes. It's unfortunate that your expectations and our abilities did not align today but we hope that you were able to find someone to help you out.
If you weren't able to get help I will personally come out tomorrow if you need. I will also reach out to my web developer and see if there is something I can do to prevent submissions from going into the junk folder because it's very inconsistent of the ones it does send to the folder.

Truservice never responded to me either…said the request logged via their website went straight to junk email. Acted like it was my fault for using their website to submit a request for service, and could care less about me and my problem.
