Tough. Played Miramont twice and all I know is you'll absolutely love it in much better conditions than this.

We're probably gonna get a little rain from that system that hit DFW. It split into 2 and the southern side of it took a pretty big dive south. Hopefully we don't get the hail. It's just north of Waco right now.

Looks like the fireworks will start around 1-2 pm and go until around 3pm today.
It's gonna be a gully washer.

yeah, the fireworks were yesterday up north. Say a prayer for Mineral Wells. They got rocked pretty hard. What hit them was supposed to hit DFW. The temperature didn't get as hot as expected, though, and it formed west of DFW and then split into 2 and basically missing the metroplex. There's a thread on the METROPLEX describing what happened.
From what I understand, today will just be a downpour.

Yep and still a lot more coming.
Game on Friday will probably be moved to Saturday.
Saturday's traffic around that area will be a nightmare with the Bananas in town as well.

Man, we went from Armageddon to pretty much nothing for today. lol.
No kidding. 2.7" forecast per wunderground when I got to my office this morning and down to 0.24" forecast and sunshine now.
I think it's just getting started. I'd have a plan for your car later as yuuuuuuuge hail (the biggest hail, the best hail) is still very possible. This is from my TAMU weather friends so blame them if nothing happens.
We fertilized this morning due to the HEAVY forecast of rain. Now I am running my sprinklers for a few minutes per zone so the yard doesn't burn. Y'all can thank me later if my watering triggers a good rain!
Long term forecasts look pretty ok for rain. I'd be very happy to have car number 3 not smashed by hail like poor 1 and 2 were.
