I was having an error as well. There was a support link on the same page where I was receiving the error (not on the tollperks site.) I reported the issue there, received an email the next day stating it was being investigated.

I just went to the original prize redemption link again, and it took me to a $20 Walmart card. Not Shell, but I still can use it!

That's funny. I was also having issues day of so figured I'll check back after 48 hours. And yep after reading your post, I gave it a try just now and also got a Wal-mart gift card. All good though

I used to have zillions of points, seemingly unlimited. But don't seem to be accruing them like i used to. Less than 5000 at the moment so looks like I'll be missing out on the Starbucks.
