The RSC is in the Harwood District, which is getting the most investment in that part of Dallas and is doing really well. It's more uptown than downtown. Cannot imagine they would be impacted by the goings on in Deep Ellum.

Yeah, I would guess someone/group has intercepted more than one shipment to that address knowing or assuming it's a watch and the insurance company has had to pay out claims.
