Would need to look at the construction plans posted online. They have all the sequencing laid out.

I looked at the website once, but forgot the address and sequence.

Somebody posted it is planned to be torn down and rebuilt in 2027...I think.

Whomever posted that has a lot of faith and optimism in TXDOT and COH. Or doesn't know how they really operate.

Torn down in 2027? I can see that.
