Contacted police again and they said it's a civil matter. Nothing they can do even though I have a final bill that I'm trying to pay in full. This is our justice system. Everything I've tried has been an absolute dead end. To the point I don't think I'll ever get my vehicle back.

Tell them you're going up there with a gun to take it back and see if it is still a civil matter.
