That house, imo, is much more tastefully done than most you see -- the whole place, really. Somebody around there has some pretty solid instincts. If I were in buying mode, that's the kind of seller I'd hope to find.

BISD may very well accept students from that area (historically they have), but I'd suggest caution to your friend listing it as such.
