Worthless pieces of ***** I bought a used car from them on 3/31/25.

I still don't have the plates.

I've communicated with the DMV offices in Austin, Harris County, and Brazos County multiple times and they can't find the records of this application even being turned in. I've renewed the paper tags on my own twice.

I should be driving an Malibu or Altima based on my paper tags condition.

The dealer knows my number now and I just get pushed from one unanswered phone line to another. Never a return email or phone call.

Don't ever use them to buy a vehicle.

I heard a commercial saying they're under new management….

Happened to me with a Mazda dealer in Fort Worth. They insisted I was just being impatient. Come to find out, the person who handles their title and registration paperwork never processed any of the paperwork.

I finally got the phone number of the sales and finance managers. Once I did, the issue resolved itself in like 48 hours.

It sucks, but have you gone to the dealership and raised hell rather than calling numbers that go unanswered? I know you shouldn't have to do so. But...

That dealership is a bunch of *******s

Friend had the same issue with Mancuso in Houston. DMV did a site visit, fined the dealer, called my friend to let him know what they did, and the title showed up in 2 weeks. They seem to take the issue seriously.
