Considering buying a Subaru. How is Sterling service dept?

I purchased an OBW from them last year and have used their service dept a couple of times for routine service. No issues. They also installed a receiver hitch (part of the deal I made when I purchased the car) and they gave me a loaner for the day when they installed it.

Also used them once for a warranty on the seat cover for the driver seat. A small spot of the stitching came loose. They gave me a loaner for a few days. When the replacement cover came in and they were installing it, they noticed a flaw in the cover so called and said they were ordering another one because the one they were sent was unacceptable.

I would say no worse or better than any other dealership.
