I typically mix with water. I usually try to buy isolate.

Anyone use the Myprotein. Ran across their website and it seems interesting.

I'm a fan of Chike high protein coffee. The chocolate peanut butter is my favorite, but the orignal and mocha are great too.

It's cheaper to buy it at HEB than on the website.

I recently found Dymatize ISO100 Fruity Pebbles flavor protein powder. It tastes just like the cereal! I found it at Walmart. They also have the cocoa pebbles flavor, but I haven't tried it.

I use myprotein. Little more expensive but you can almost always find a 40-50% discount. Just bought a 5.5lb bag for 42 shipped of the whey isolate. Some people complain it is a little sweet and chemically but I like it pretty well and based on some reddit thread the links to a Google Doc with lab analysis the quality of the protein is really high. Take that for what it is worth.

Just got some of this. That was really good. And didn't have the after taste some proteins have (the equate brand I was trying to finish off was bad with the aftertaste).

I usually get the cheapest reputable brand. Sometimes it's MyProtein, sometimes ON 100% Gold, sometimes Dymatize. Whatever is on sale. All 3 have been good. MyProtein Salted Caramel is pretty legit. Their vanilla is a bit sweet. I usually mix with milk.

Has anyone tried the clear proteins from myprotein that are supposed to have a more juice like taste and texture?

I haven't tried anything from MyProtein - but have had a similar product by IsoPure and I really liked it.

Dymatize fruity pebbles is excellent and it has BCAA's in it. Any of the Ghost whey proteins are delicious but they're a little pricey.

I agree on fruity pebbles... easily the best tasting protein i've ever had.

I got the fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles iso100. Both delicious. Also, highly recommend the vanilla iso11. Mix in a frozen banana and some ice cold water and it tastes like a banana shake from Sonic.

Round 2 with fruity pebbles and this is pretty amazing. One thing I notice about it is that it doesn't leave the protein after taste or film in my mouth after drinking.

I had been on a kick of drinking some cheap equate protein, so maybe this is why.

Usual is Gold Standard Extreme Milk Chocolate.

Will be trying the fruity pebbles soon.

Couldn't find a newer thread to bump, so just bumping this.

I usually buy the cheapest vanilla whey from a reputable company, on sale. So often ON, Dymatize, sometimes MyProtein (though they've been more expensive over the past couple years).

I'm thinking about changing it up a little and interested in unique/good flavors besides vanilla or chocolate.

I don't really drink the Boba tea, but I've been seeing their ads a lot recently (Boba Whey). I've seen some interesting flavors from Ghost (like ChipsAhoy).

Also curious on if anyone gets any of the "clean" whey proteins like Transparent Labs, Pure Choice Farms, or similar? I'm not really sold on the idea that they're any healthier/better for you, and not sure they're worth the extra money, but I'm not a broke college student anymore and I can afford to splurge a little.

I use Levels protein. Primarily for the stevia sweetener as opposed to sucralose. My stomach tends to not like sucralose.

I use transparent labs, seems to be the cleanest out there. No complaints at all from it.

FlavCity. I've had some issues with their scoop and getting the advertised number of servings but it's the cleanest I've found. There are no random vegetable lectins or undisclosed "natural flavors" and the vanilla still tastes good.

Not the cheapest.

Old here. Used Isopure about 30 years ago. Costco has it on sale a couple times a year. Works out to about .04 per gram of protein. Vanilla taste is ok, still use it today.

I love the Fruity Pebbles flavor so much, but I can't for the life of me get it to mix (I use Mootopia milk). Any tips on how to do this? I've used a blender, shaker cups, spoons, etc, but nothing works. The blender came the closest, but it just made this foamy film that was even worse than the fruity clumps that I get with every other technique.

Related: Anyone have any luck with Premier Protein powder? I drink their shakes all the time, but I'm going on a trip where I won't have access to those, so I thought I'd try that...but don't want a huge tub of it if it sucks!

I do Fruity Pebbles powder and 8 oz water and it mixes pretty dang well. I feel like it's creamy enough to not need milk.

Bumping this thread as I have a 15-year old boy who is in the 1st % for weight and the pediatrician agreed that adding a protein supplement could be a help. He eats healthy food but just eats like a bird. He is only just getting his 12-year molars so doc is not concerned about his growth rate/general health.

He hates powder shakes because they taste gritty/chalky to him. He likes the FairLife Core Power but dang they are $3.79 apiece. I will pay whatever but wanted to see if I could buy a powder in bulk that would shake up smoother.

I am definitely going to try the fruity pebbles and Jocko Molk. Would appreciate any other suggestions that a teen would tolerate. This would be a daily supplement not for meal replacement. Thank you!

I use Paleovally Bone Broth Protein in my coffees and works well. Also mix the chocolate flavor with milk and PB2 and it's not too bad.

Find the cleanest protein with the fewest ingredients. That fruity pebbles protein is loaded with food colors and artificial dyes. Joko sold out and his protein isn't as clean as it used to be either. Transparent labs is the cleanest protein I've found and it tastes great.
