33 year old male, no previous GI issues but in March I started feeling unwell

Tested positive for h pylori last week

My question is is it possible that I have something else in addition to it?

I read that h pylori typically doesn't change one's stool but mine has, it's mostly pellet and pebble sized

Yes, it's always possible to have more than one things going on

You sound constipated. Mix 2 tsp metamucil fiber with a half capful of moralax, and drink twice daily. If that doesn't work, post back

Also, how old are you?

+ H pylori is a fairly easy problem to address. Treat that first then if not improving let the GI doc know. Be careful with miralax as you are going to be on double antibiotics for 2 weeks and may get antibiotic associated diarrhea. Add a probiotic like Culturelle while you are on treatment.

So my stool should return back to normal immediately after the 2 weeks!

And if not then I should follow up?

How old are you? Any family history of colon cancer?

Based on what you've said so far, I think jumping to GI is too early. I agree that antibiotics can cause diarrhea, but if this continues, you should at least try 2 tsp of metamucil once or twice daily, and drink plenty of water. If you're not drinking plenty of water, then mix 1/2 capful of miralax into your metamucil when you have it. Metamucil and miralax work synergistically. Miralax pulls water into the colon, and metamucil fiber absorbs it, to create bulky and fluffy stools (opposite of what you're having now).

Go get a colonoscopy just to be safe.

Had similar symptoms with bowel movement changes last year. I'm adopted and don't know my family history so the doc wanted me to get checked. Everything was okay, but based on what they found he wants me to come in every 5 years going forward.

I was 32 at the time.
