Was going to run this morning but exploded and got 5.25…I'm not sure there's such thing as enough water and electrolytes with this humidity

Workout for time:
4 rounds of:
400m run
13m HEaVY sled rope pull. Should require several pauses effort
15 burpee to plate jumps 3-4" height
20 barbell thrusters 45#

Rest 3 mins, then:

4 rounds of:
250m row
14 alt lunges with 75# barbell
400m run
10 power clean 75# BB
