I broke my wrist and had a small surgery done that included a small metal plate to stabilize the wrists while the bone heals. What supplements can I take to speed my recovery?

So far I have got the obvious, calcium, fish, oil, collagen, and turmeric powder. is there anything else that will theoretically speed my recovery?

What about the fancy peptides like BP 157?

The Wolverine stack. BP157 + TB500.

I have not done this but know several people that have, all following a significant injury and/or surgery. They all cut their recovery times drastically.

If I'm in your position, I'm researching this a lot and likely pulling the trigger. I'm also someone that has never touched anything you can't buy off a shelf and not a big proponent of "alternative" supplements. However, the evidence seems pretty compelling with this stack.

Do you think this has to be injected? Comes in powdered form but i thought to get a god result you need to inject.

Everyone I know has injected it. There was a thread on here recently discussing this and where to get it. Let me see if I can find it.

I hate the idea of injecting anything but cant not consider it if i heal significantly faster.

i pulled the trigger but wimped out and went with nasal spray. injections are just not me. i decided on the brand kind of randomly but used one with the most reviews.

it should arrive this week.

I am doing the Wolverine stack, you don't even feel a pinch with the size needle they recommend. Surgery and recovery are going to be much more painful

Nose spray does not work for that peptide.

You literally don't feel it with 32 gauge going into fat unless you hit a nerve, vein, etc.

I had a phobia of it initially and had my wife do it for the first two times. I got over it quickly once I realized how painless it was.

if you're not doing it already, I think increasing your total daily protein is an absolute must while recovering. And I don't mean by just adding collagen- I mean your diet should have a consistent increase of protein. Can't build tissue without those amino acid building blocks

You are probably right. I read conflicting info. Or more specifically nasal seems to work only for certain things or only in a diminished capacity.

Keep protein up and sugar as minimal as possible
