You mean like how ND dominated Northern Illinois last year? Same team that was in the championship game?

I see you Pumpers already warming up those excuses about how great UTSA is and what a quality opponent they were so there's no shame if that final score is way too close for comfort!
As a gesture of good will, I'll donate a free one for yall:
"Don't worry about the score it's just the first game of the season, UTSA is a dark horse to make the playoff and we couldn't risk showing ND the playbook! Lot of FB left to play! South Carolina looked like ass against Old Dominion and they almost made the playoff! It's not how you start but how you finish!"
That is a quality Pumper excuse right there that hits all the usual highlights so use it well!
You're welcome!
Aren't you the guy who wouldn't shut up about how bad we'd lose to Bama a few years ago, then we won with a backup qb and you ran away and hid until you were called out by the board?
Or were you the guy who **** all over the A&M baseball team the moment before they began making their run that led to Omaha, where you also ran away and I don't think ever returned to that board.
Or were those both the same guy? I can't ever remember. Either way, the uptick in volume of your doomsday posts makes me feel better and better about the prospects of this season.
Quote:
What do expect - an explosive offense by scoring 50+ point per game? A disciplined defense with multiple sacks and the opponents scoring less than 10 points each? A stellar specifically team performance?

Oh man that Bama win was your Super Bowl wasn't it?
For one shining moment you and all the other Pumpers got to pretend your faith had finally been rewarded and we were turning the corner as a program!
But then what did we do after that? Oh yeah we Shat the bed twice against the Mississippi schools and went:
8 and 4
Again

The predictions of our prediction is so predictable..rootube said:
I predict we play UTSA closer than people like and Texags has a complete meltdown week 1. I wish there was a prop bet for that. That feels like easy money. Maroon Dawn is probably already limbering up his typing fingers.

Texas put up 56 on UTSA last year, won 56-7. If we don't get into the 40s with ease, I'd be shocked and concerned. Our defense, while not as good as the 2024 Texas defense (until proven otherwise), should hold UTSA to the teens.
Prediction: 45-13

But he's not Jim Cramer. Jim Cramer has an inverse effect, so if Maroon Dawn was calling for Texas A&M's downfall we should see the inverse happen like going to the playoffs or retaining our CWS baseball coach…
I was defending you… my analogy was that if you were Jim Cramer, the opposite of what you say would come true.Maroon Dawn said:SeaIsland said:

Tell us your super correct Pumper W/L for the season so we can see who was right. I got 8-4
What do you want? 10-2? 12-0?
