As I often do, I try to skim over our opponents' message boards during game week.

Florida fans are not really talking about this game. The light has gone from their eyes. There are more threads talking about Napier replacements than stopping KC and Craver.

The texas win did nothing to change their opinion (I don't blame them) but funny to witness.

Were we like this after losing to Ole Miss before Ms State? Could've sworn there was a little intrigue to seeing Jaylen Henderson get his first start.

The fans quit on Napier by halftime of our game last year. The YouTube commentary videos posted during and immediately after that one were something else.

Then the team went on a nice little run to end the year.

The players are still clearly playing very hard for him and that was a very "effort" type game last week. No one on that team really cares what their fans think. They're going to come out swinging.

The alumni/fans on a college site have ZERO to do with how a team performs…hate to break it to ya.

100% this was happening on TexAgs after Ole Miss. Nobody thought the buyout would be paid though

Napier called a time-out at the end of the game that gave and extra 23 seconds to TX who could have tied the score. He is not a great coach

That was the right decision.

Yes, it was questioned at the time of the call, but was later explained as to why he was correct

At the game in Gainesville last year, I sat next to a former Gator player. Long story short, Napier has lost the fan base, think Jimbo and Sumlin. That's the impression I got anyway. Didn't seem to be at Franchione levels of done... but after the miserable start this season... it wouldn't surprise me at all. Dead man walkin

The players want to go to the NFL.

Yes they will be playing hard.

Their offense being pretty ineffective in the 2nd half with Lagway once again showing signs of injury and the poor management at the end of the game probably washed away some of the spark that a fanbase would normally have from a big win like that. Baugh and those freshman receivers are for real though, will be a great litmus test for us to match that physicality they bring to the table.

Feels like the OL may have their toughest test as far as pass rush traffic is concerned this weekend, but I definitely felt like Cormani McClain is a liability that our stud receivers could potentially take advantage of after seeing him struggle against the Texas receivers.

Hell, it's happening on TexAgs this week even though we're 5-0 and #5.

You must be new here. What we like to do is take a nice thread and just derail it in the direction we want to see it go.

With that being said, it's funny with just how done Florida fans are with Napier. Some of them are low key frustrated Texas couldn't finish the job by beating them.

The game will turn on how often our pass rush can get to Lagway and either sack him or force an interception.

Speak for yourself. I have it on good authority that my posts here on TexAgs have direct impact on the game.

The difference between Jimbo and Elko is that Elko has his OC open up the TexAgs gamethread during gameday to get playcalling ideas.

Klein needs as much help as he can...

afterall zoo intelligence in all things including football is so vast...if zoo can somehow directly call in offensive play... we will be unbeatable
