I dont want to go up against Jimbo every year. He would have that game circled and is a good coach when he is motivated.
I can't decide if his penchant for locker room issues is a very good fit for LSU or very bad, but it is definitely one of those two.
Either way, let Woodard get one more bad FB hire before they show him the door!
Maybe he can bring in Mark Stoops.

LSU always has some discipline problems as it is - add Jimbo and his lack of locker room control and LSU would be a nightmare!! They need a coach down there that will instill some accountability and consequences. With all of that being said - I don't care what they do because I just like what the Ags are doing right now. Whatever Elko is doing is obviously working!! The players seem focused and motivated.

It was incredible how good (and often different) his game plans were for Alabama and Florida. When he was motivated (because insane money doesn't motivate him) he was really good. It was just that he only did it for a couple of games each year....

It's 5 phases. Toughness, Effort, Discipline, Pride, and Grit.

Lane is gonna leave UF for Sips lololol - and I had Lane pencilled as the next LSU coach, but if lsu makes a move this year to fire BK I don't think they can afford Lane and UF can
Woodard did a great job here. He only left because his Alma Mater called when they cut Orgeron and the state budget issues had their athletic department hamstrung. He was begged/ hired by LSU to do more with less (temporarily) and he took a pay cut to do it because he was sick of Sharp's meddling and grandstanding.
