I wanted to hand out a few names of praise for the game tonight...
1/ KC - of course brother you are carrying us with Moss out, and showed some guts tonight in special teams, key catches, and running hard after the catch. Mad respect for how you are playing; reminds us all of Anias Smith who we all loved... keep it rolling!
2/ Regis, Howell, and the entire DL - you guys rocked tonight. 60 total yards rushing, by LSU, in Baton Rouge? That is almost unheard of, even against national champs like Bama/Ga, etc. You guys made it happen and this dominant win doesn't happen without your strong efforts.
3/ Morrow - yes we see you catching, running, quietly racking up key touchdowns - excited to see you continue to develop, get stronger, and carry the torch in the future; especially enjoy your catches out of the backfield and smooth transition to speed; reminds me of Kamara.
4/ Our entire D in the 2nd half - Brooks, Jones, Ricks, Hicks, Chappell, Ratcliffe, York, Kerr, Scooby, Searcy, Onyedim, Mikhail, Howell, Lockhard, Lee, Kennedy, Humphrey - you guys were the Halloween nightmare LSU will be dreaming about all week; you absolutely wrecked them and deserve to be called "The Wrecking Crew" tonight.
5/ Marcel - you led and carried this team tonight, showing all of Aggieland (and the country) that you have matured into a championship capable QB. You are finding the open talent, using your legs effectively, and showing how we can separate from good teams... you make us an Elite Unit; congrats brother!
6/ OL - You are some bad, bad men... I would NOT want to go up against yall. Collectively playing the best among all the A&M units to take the field; highest graded OL in the country and it shows!
I'm sure I've missed a few and will add to this as I watch the game film and review, but congrats guys - if you only read one post each week, I hope its this one and it puts a smile on your face!
Oh - yeah - to my fav player on the team right now, Mr Mario Craver - be sure to remind the running back room that your yards per rush this week (9.5) beat all the other running backs... they need to catch up to you! (jk)
Congrats Ags - that was an historic road win! This was the largest margin of victory in BR by A&M ever, and the worst loss they have suffered since 2020 when #1 Alabama beat them by 30+ - that team went on to win the national championship.
