A guaranteed deal covers a very broad spectrum. That could be a guarantee of a percentage, time, etc. If you're saying 10 year fully guaranteed say that and we'll whether you're right or not.

Not yet known. Probably just signed a MOU with outline of key contract terms with a detailed contract signed later by Elko and BOR.

Reportedly it's a 6 year extension worth $11.5 million a season making him the 5th highest paid coach. Also, this includes the incentives for the College Football Playoffs up to the National Championship. Don't know if it's going to be the same incentives he had on his original contract.
