A guaranteed deal covers a very broad spectrum. That could be a guarantee of a percentage, time, etc. If you're saying 10 year fully guaranteed say that and we'll whether you're right or not.

I've already said it's going to be around 6 or 7 years and almost fully guaranteed

Reportedly it's a 6 year extension worth $11.5 million a season making him the 5th highest paid coach. Also, this includes the incentives for the College Football Playoffs up to the National Championship. Don't know if it's going to be the same incentives he had on his original contract.

Honestly, might be worth it. He's exceeded all expectations so far. Haters can talk about our schedule all day long, but this is a situation where past coaches would've still lost games we could or should win. It's also not like the lower half SEC teams are horribly bad. Many have played the top half really close or beaten them (Florida). When it all shakes out there will be more parity than many would like to admit.

It also includes a similar incentive structure for the assistants and support staff. If we win, they all win.

Good on coach for insisting that the entire team be a part of the deal
