I just meant that gambling on your own team like he did while at Indiana is what is getting him the death sentence. His continuing to gamble after he left doesn't change anything because he was already getting the maximum penalty.

It's now come out that he bet the under twice while at Indiana.
Once on qb yards and once on halftime score.
So there goes his argument that he never bet on Indiana to fail.
Also, his gambling continued while at tech but because gambling is illegal in Texas he transferred money to friends out of state to do it. He says he never bet on tech sports.
I hope tech keeps spending money on this guy.
