Accidents? Flood damage? Clean title?

SR5 with the cloth interior. 3rd row and 4wd.
Standard maintenance, we don't have a dealership within 60 miles. So it's just normal stuff done here locally.
Alternator is the only thing I can think of on replacement parts.
Standard paint on an 11 year old 174k mile car. It has been in the garage for the last 7 years.
