Rupe did play. Diaz was at center forward. The starting back line in the first period was Yakel, Crooks, Landherr and Patterson

Interesting that the 12th man soccer page does not even mention the result, even the score. And, as usual, after the match, it is wiped from the schedule page (note that softball does the same for Fall games, darn it). But the Batt has a writeup just like the regular season. Good for them !!
