I never thought this **** was rigged, but that was some WWE **** right there. That 1% pull just saved this franchise.

He's not. He knew he was getting the #1 all along. No one under any circumstances makes the trade that he did months ago. He was given a deal and this #1 pick is obvious now

A few questions:

Is Luka for AD, Flagg, and 1st even value? I still wouldn't do it, but it's arguable right?

Are we 100% sure Nico will take Flagg and not someone else? Are we 100% sure Nico won't trade try to trade Giannis or someone on his 2 year timeline? Also, no way that idiot Dumont will green light anything other than the Mavs staying put, right? I just don't see it, but I don't trust these guys at all.

If Nico doesn't take Flagg #1 overall, you should shoot him on the spot.

I don't think trades are off the table. But trading a pick for a star is WAY more complicated because of the financial aspects. You are still going to have to move players.

The Pelicans traded AD to LA and landed the No. 1 pick. The Pelicans had the seventh best odds and a 6% chance of getting the first overall pick.

The Mavericks traded Luka to LA and just got the No. 1 pick. The Mavs had the eleventh best odds and a 1.8% chance of getting the top pick.

Nothing to see here!

The trade was to solve the NBAs viewership problem. Luka on the Lakers is more valuable to the league thus more valuable to the Mavs long term, so they just had to make it right. Flagg and AD and the #1 isn't terrible.

Doesn't matter. Does it matter at all if the league is rigged and now you know it? My love of the NBA just took a major hit.
