My niece goes to Marquette. My brother is up there helping her move in this weekend. He's the biggest social recluse I know. He's been to 4 Astro games since 2009 despite living in Houston since 1993.
I have been on him to go see the Brewers play up there for 3 years. He finally gets motivated to do it after they had that hot streak and became the clear-cut best team in baseball.
He goes tonight, they're up 1-0 after 5 innings. Freddy Peralta, 15-5 with a 2.68 ERA on the mound, but he throws a ton of pitches and they lift him.
Then their great defense melts down with 2 errors in one inning allowing three unearned runs with one of their best relievers in.
So they put in a young guy who hasn't pitched since May and he gives up 4 more runs and the Giants rout them 7-1.

Spenser kind of needs to pitch into the 6th today. Really through 6. Good or bad doesn't really matter. The pen needs a reset.

They need usable bodies in the pen and AJ would have been unusable for 3-4 days.
But I for one am not worried. The chances of no one being injured in the next 15 days are between slim and none.
Hell, the chances of that in 8 games is 0.00%

Maybe I'm seeing things, but Walker's really been confident since Correa came back. Every time he gets a big hit, Correa is first guy greeting him in the dugout or at home. Correa came back July 31.
Walker in August has 6 HR and 17 RBI and is slugging .539.
