IMHO, we need to trade Jake high. His average is good, power numbers are not.

the good news is you know roughly what our floor is even with 5,000,000 injuries. The question is how to raise the ceiling (and that probably involves fewer wins in the near future). How much are we willing to change the now for the potential of a better future. Tough questions for the org.
