It's near impossible to explain cleanly. Robert Garcia made a stupid attempt to get a runner at first and threw the ball out of play. The runner just scored to tie the game.

Robert, trying to pull off a miracle 1-3 putout after he couldn't field it cleanly, basically blindly threw the ball 20 feet over first base and into the camera well
