I doubt he retires.

I would like to see the Rangers sign him to a minor league deal, or a minimum contract, so he can get his surgery and rehab with the team. Even if he doesn't pitch again for the Rangers, it is the type of thing teams can do, that goes a long way, IMO.

My take on what divisions should be assuming Nashville and SLC get expansion teams (top two in Vegas odds currently).

Tried to keep most rivalries together, kept same AL/NL affiliation for all but Rays and Rockies (who cares). Cuts down on travel time and makes more geographic sense.



I personally would not miss any AL West foes.. Felt some semblance of a rivalry with Oakland after early 2010s, but that's faded and also the Vegas move will make them feel like a new team anyways. Would LOVE to escape all the 9pm first pitches @ OAK, LAA, and SEA. Makes no sense to be with them in my opinion. Denver and KC make decent sense to pair w/ DFW and Houston.. Maybe Nashville makes more sense but then you'd have to mess with the "NL South".

Yep. Would really like to get away from all the late starts. Felt the same way when the Stars were in the Pacific division in the NHL

Baseball has a lot of issues, so I'm down for almost anything and everything that improves the game or tries to improve the game.

We've heard all year how the Rangers have the best starting rotation in baseball.........but is that true? Obviously, Evoldi has been spectacular. deGrom has been damn good. Mahle was great before he got hurt. After that, it is such a big dropoff to Leiter and Corbin, and Kelly hasn't been overly impressive since coming over.

That's true. Also didn't realize Leiter had numbers that good until recently. It's just hard to watch him pitch with the command issues. Pitching is obviously not our main issue.
