It's not soccer. Touching is fair. The ball was foul by several inches.

The ball has to be touching the foul line to be fair. The line does not extend upward into infinity like football. Except the foul pole. That is supposed to extend to infinity as far as I know.

We actually have a full bullpen after the off day. Winn, Webb, Milner. Not sure any of those are viable.
