This is NOT for real estate pros to list all their properties. Think of it like the Ticket Exchange board.

Feel free to bump the thread at any time, but try not to make multiple posts about your own property. Just edit your original post instead, if possible.

I suggest that after some period of time (like 3 - 6 months?), we just start a new thread.

Staff, please let me know if there are any problems with this idea or its execution.

What's the Tex ag discount? Quote was 6800 for 4 nights?!?

That is direct. Tax rate is 17% unfortunately. The only other fees are parking which I have to pay the HOA for at 0 markup and cleaning which is a straight pass through. If you have dates in mind, let me know and I will get you a discount.

Good Question. Glad you asked. Management company lists it as 8. How I'd describe it (not counting the pull out sofa) is 6 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 4 kids. The bunks are double beds and we go with friends and our kids take a bunk bed and thier kids take one. Sleeper sofa I'd say comfortably adds space for one more. There is also a "reading nook" if you flip through the pictures that's about the size of a twin bed you can put a kid in. Heck, I've fallen asleep in it and slept great lol.

All that being said, I've seen on our security cams groups checking in that looks like 10 adults. I've wondered how they manage lol. But there's also plenty of space in that bunk room to throw down a air mattress which we've done before also when lots of kids and kids friends have gone with us.

A little more info not in the description on the link: It's a walk across the street to the "yard under the pines" where Naaman's BBQ is and Sasquatch Candy den along with a big turf field for kids/pets to run around and play. Under a mile to Mountain Fork Brewery and Hochatown Distillery that I'd highly recommend to go do a bourbon tasting at. You're basically 5 minutes from anything you'd want to get to in Hochatown.

Master is a full king with a large bathroom, with separate bath and shower
Bed 2 has a queen bed
Bed 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds
Comfortable sleeps 8-10

It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach, without having to play frogger across 3005, and i've got a charcoal grill, beach chairs, cover, wagon and some assorted beach toys.

Pet and kid friendly, and if you reach out to me via username at the gmail, i've got a discount code as well

I list through a property management company, and the overalls are much lower than what you'll see on airbnb
