Thinking of moving our personal and small business banking from Crapital One to Texas Capital Bank.

Anyone here with first hand experience with them?

Opinions?

We've been clients of theirs for over 20+ years.

They've been in aggressive growth mode and a lot of changes the last few years. That leads to turnover and we've noticed.

Service is good still. Nice people they have brought in.

Thanks. Have heard lots of good things.

The only things I've heard that give me pause are:

1) They aren't great with fraud claims if the need arises

2) Deposited funds can take a number of days to reflect availability, whether by ACH or check

I have no idea whether or not this is the case.

Any personal experience with these?

Both of those items are compliance requirements with the Texas Department of Banking and the Federal Reserve. They may not be great but I would be willing to bet they meet statutory requirements.
