Would be interesting to know how much of the Marcellus Shale is economical for the producers at these oil and gas prices right now. I'm sure the same could be said for a lot of the different areas within the Eagle Ford Shale as well.

Thanks to all the AI data centers being planned, we've increased production and infrastructure plans. Plus EQT just signed a 20 year deal with NEXTdecade LNG down in Brownsville. Things haven't slowed down.

Thanks. Are you saying that in relation to Marcellus, Eagle Ford, or both?

I cant speak to Eagleford. Not sure about back home. Just Marcellus and Utica. Our firm has been hiring like crazy for title attorneys in the Marcellus/Utica basin
