Wanted to say thanks to Red Pear Luke (BCS) for his help with my recent house purchase.
Despite a few hiccups, which were probably what ever home buyer runs into, especially with a less than agreeable seller who ended up losing me as a potential buyer, it all turned out well and I'm happy with the house I ended up purchasing.
In the end, everything with the process went as smoothly as I would expect it could go unless one was paying for the house outright.
