Why was my post about selling or leasing our home in Bryan removed? Plenty of other posts with similar messages. Makes no sense.

Not essentially, but secondary. It essentially promotes their house for sale.Quote:
If you're working with a realtor, though, we ask that you don't post it here since it essentially promotes their business

Hey there,
Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We're always happy to clarify!
If you're selling your home by owner (FSBO), you're absolutely welcome to post details about your property.
If you're working with a realtor, though, we ask that you don't post it here, since it essentially promotes their business, and we want to respect the investment our sponsors have made in this space.
We really appreciate your understanding, and let us know if you have any other questions!
You could inquire about a 1-2 month sponsorship?Naveronski said:TexAgs Sponsors said:

This is stupid. If I am selling my house (using realtor or not), I should be able to post it.
Also, "the investment of our sponsors" is most likely less than many of us have paid over the duration of our memberships.

still waiting on the announcement that mods have walked back this NEW ridiculous policy that directly contradicts the longstanding policy.

After discussion amongst our team, we are happy to honor the following: If you are posting about your individual house, you can definitely do that, whether it is listed through an agent or not.
We do not allow agents to list houses for their business or advertising unless they are a TexAgs sponsor, but if YOU, personally, want to list your house, that is okay. Please specify that it is your personal home so there is no confusion from a moderation standpoint so we can honor our sponsors.
