Thought we had a tenant but they couldn't get the money. So we are still looking to sell or lease our home in Bryan. It will be empty soon so definitely move in ready. Let me know if you are interested.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to reach more Aggie students that might be looking to lease a larger home? Just lowered the rent to 2,250 per month. Sale price dropped to $319,900. Home is move in ready NOW.

the pictures aren't great, but I doubt it's going to shoot much better now that it's (presumably) totally empty.
