Want a new build not necessarily in BCS. Any builders to avoid or recommend? Currently live in the panhandle but will be retiring in the next 3-5 years.

No help on builders but might look at land west of town. The area between snook, lyons, somerville was really starting to blow up before rates killed it. A lot of stuff has been sitting but seeing price reductions. New 4 lane highway gives a straight shot from Lyons to Kyle field.
