We want to replace the carpet and tile in our main living area with something new, but we don't know what we want (lvp, engineered hardwood) or what color would look best. Any recommendations for a company that would discuss this with us, bring samples, etc.? We are in B/CS. We know some people who have used Empire and had a decent experience with the sales part, but not the install.

We recently used Zwernemann to replace all the floors in our house. They removed carpet, hardwood floors, and tile throughout the house and installed new wood-look tile throughout. They don't come out and bring samples, but you can go to their showroom and look at samples until your eyes cross. They have designers there that can help with selections. We took a couple sample floor tiles home to look at in the house and decide. Most all of the flooring stores use the same installers.
