Did a blind side by side last night. Very easy to identify the two in my mind. Darker color, the finish lingers much longer. Less vanilla and fruit forward than the 10 year on the palette.

It depends on what profile you like more. I loved that it was more complex than the 10 year but I wouldn't pay $200 for it

We must have been pretty close in line at the cedar hill specs. I barely missed out on the bombergers by a couple of people too. I was just driving past running errands and noticed the line outside at about 9:45 so figured it must be something good.

I was about 12th in line, got there about 8:30. I heard they brought out some more stuff a little later, after the first wave sold out.

I was able to score a bottle as well at the Specs drop and 100% agree with the above other than I got a lot of Vanilla on the finish, which I quite enjoy.

Very solid bottle and a buy at $100 or less. I also think it's worth the $10-15 premium over ER10.

I heard some similar rumors of Specs putting out only a few bottles or playing games hiding them around the store. I personally think that is BS when they send an email out saying it will be available knowing that folks will most likely be lining up early to get a bottle.

I bought a similar glass oversees just because I liked it. Looked it up when I got back and saw they are called dram glasses. I like it better than my glencairn for sipping.

They are just slightly different. A dram shouldn't flare back out as much as the top.

I only know because I'm tasked with designing and ordering the glassware for our club every year.

Wasn't one of the handouts from the bourbon club one of these glasses? I know it was a bit different, but don't exactly remember if it was this one.
