Need to make a couple of gallons for grad party on Saturday. Anyone have a good recipe?

The red one is great, but I like the white one better. Make both. https://oggi-icandothat.blogspot.com/2009/07/jos-andr-white-wine-sangr.html?m=1

Found this when in Savannah GA several years ago and love it.

1 bottle of red wine (I use Apothic Crush)
1 bottle white cranberry-peach juice

Equal parts - our guests love it

I don't have a recipe, but a place that we go to adds prosecco to their sangria and it really takes it up a notch. I like the fizz it adds and it can cut the sweetness just a tad. They just add a splash to the glass before serving.

Depends on what color carpet you have in your home so the puke will match hahaha (trick we used for trash can punch back in the college days)

For real though I use a sweet red like Manage a trois (sp?) sweet and add a bottle of the central market blood orange drink, a little of any other fruit juice I might have, some brandy, some Cointreau, maybe a little bourbon…. Also as JJW said "everclear is added to the wine sometimes" I never measure just pour

I prefer Licor 43 in sangria, and for wine use a grenache from Campo de Borja like Borsao Tres Picos.

750 ml wine
One cup Licor 43
Orange and green apple slices

-2 to 3 bottles of a more dry red depending on liquid to fruit ratio.
-Pound of fresh ripe strawberries either quartered or halved depending on size.
-2 Valencia oranges, segments sliced in half and pith/white removed.
-1 to 2 pink lady apples cored, sliced into same size as strawberries.

Have 2 pitchers. In one add 1 to 2 cups rum, or brandy or vodka. In other pitchers no extra booze, this is for your relax/look or lightweight. Let these two pitchers sit for about 4 to 6 hours in fridge, stir occasionally.

Serving suggestion: spoon fruit to bottom of glass, ice, add desired amount of drink, then top with fizzy water of choice, Land Croix lemoncello or mandarin great here. For the ones trying to party hard, use sangria as a flavoring to the drink only, use it as a topper, do fizz water and vodka/rum whatever.

I'll ask my wife what's in hers, but I know it has fruit, wine, and HEB Central Market Blood Orange soda.
