Any favorite recipes?

I want to keep some in the freezer for impromptu guests so I don't have to play bartender all evening.

Freezer martinis are fantastic. Just take your typical recipe and add 25% of the total volume in filtered water (that represents your ice melt when mixing). For example, if your total booze in your drink is 4 ounces, add an ounce of water to your batch. You can use that 25% for anything else you want to throw in the freezer. Works great for old fashioneds too. I don't like batching for drinks heavy on lime or lemon juice because they oxidize over time and aren't that great.

We used to make a big batch of Pink Panty Pull-Downs in a 5 gallon igloo water cooler when we had big backyard parties. I don't remember the exact recipe but it was vodka, Fresca, and frozen pink lemonade concentrate. everyone loved them, especially the ladies.
