I saw a video from several years ago where he said he and the other coaches wear matching warm-ups at games. He wants the players to know they're ready to go to war with them, and he didn't understand why some coaches dress up in suits like they're going to a wedding or a funeral.

Who does that make you think about? All of the theatrics, jumping up and down, taking off the coat, later maybe undoing the vest or unbuttoning the too-tight collar ---- entertaining but maybe not the best way to coach the team.

If they were really ready to go to war with the players they'd wear jerseys too. Or if it were Buzz he'd carry the analogy all the way and wear military fatigues.
