I check everyone's status this morning and since then Garcia is called up, Helman gets called back up, and Naquin is promoted. Now I have to reupdate everything.

There are a few that still have physical tickets as an option. The Astros stopped offering physical as an option during covid. There are several Aggie MLB debut and first MLB home run/win ticket stubs that I won't ever be able to find since there were only e-tickets available at the time.

My daughter wanted to go on a date to a Winston-Salem Dash game this week, and we got to see Jackson Appel behind the plate. He had a great put out at home and caught a steal with a great throw to 2B. He still has fantastic plate awareness and draws the walk on full counts. It's been really fun having him and BMonty in Winston this season and getting to see them play more in person.

Appel found us after the game, signed some balls and took a picture with us. My daughter still hasn't stopped talking about it.

Nolan Hoffman makes 10 Aggies on MLB rosters this season which ties 2001 for the most in a season. We could still see Shewmake make it back up when rosters expand or Christian Roa making his debut as well.

Several other Aggies made the jump to High A this past week, OP has been updated for all of those as well.

Yes. He is the definition of a Rob Childress project. He transferred to A&M from Hutchinson CC and did terrible in the fall (he was throwing over the top at this stage) to the point where he thought he was going to get cut. Childress asked him to pick up a ball and casually throw it to first base and noted that Hoffman threw the ball with a side arm delivery instead of over the top. He told Hoffman to switch to a side arm delivery when pitching, he was excellent for the Aggies in the spring, and here he is in the majors 7 years later.

Got one more update Ackar! Took my kiddo to a Winston Salem Dash (White Sox High-A) opener for their series against the Wilmington Blue Rocks (Nationals High-A), when Wyatt Henseler ran out to play 3B! The two Penn->A&M draftees on opposite teams.

Looks like he literally just got moved up today.

Cue the Home Depot theme.
